This Ethical Code complies with local and global legal regulations and is an intrinsic part of Paack’s culture.

 

Whistleblower Channel

The Whistleblower Channel is the means by which Paack enables employees, clients, suppliers, and partners to report any non-compliance with applicable law, violations of the Ethical Code, or other internal company regulations that may occur.

It is a completely confidential and anonymous medium, and it guarantees that the person who reports a violation will not suffer any retaliation.
